Oswego County, NY – 40-Year-Old Man Arrested for Possessing Child Pornography

Oswego County, NY (June 14, 2019) – State Police were able to announce the arrest of a 40-year-old man who was found in possession of child pornography on Thursday morning, June 13th. According to authorities, Ted J. Rowe, 40, of Oswego, was arrested on three counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child following an investigation.
On Thursday morning, a search warrant was executed at the suspect’s home, which turned up evidence including numerous images depicting children under the age of 17 performing sexual acts. The investigation was conducted by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. All inappropriate materials were removed from Rowe’s home and the suspect was placed into custody.
Rowe was ten arraigned in the town of Hannibal Court and has been subsequently sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility, where he is being held on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
