Monroe, NY: Responders Called to Scene of Car Accident on Rte 252

Monroe, NY (June 3, 2019) – On Monday afternoon, June 3rd, police were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle collision that took place on Route 252. According to authorities, the crash, which happened for reasons that have not yet been determined, occurred around 2:20 p.m.
Police and paramedics were promptly called to the crash site along the east and westbound lanes of Route 252 at Route 15A in order to evaluate the damages and render aid to any injured parties. Emergency medical crews at the scene were able to confirm that at least one person had been hurt; however, the severity of that victim’s injuries have not been reported.
At this time, police have not stated how many people were involved in the crash and no further details have been released. The events that led to this incident are presently under investigation.
