Kingsbridge, NY – Child Pedestrian Accident on Bailey Avenue Leads to Injuries

Kingsbridge, NY (June 2, 2019) – Police were called to the scene of a child pedestrian accident that took place yesterday, June 2nd, and led to injuries in one child. Luckily, police believe that the child is going to be okay.
The accident took place when a child was crossing the street on Bailey Avenue and was suddenly struck by a vehicle passing through. Paramedics arrived at the scene to treat the child.
Luckily, the young child was only left with pain and bruising due to the accident. Authorities did not release his or her name.
The driver stayed at the scene of the accident. Police continue to investigate at this time.
