Chester, NY – 17-Year-Old Arrested Again on Sexual Abuse Charges

Chester, NY (May 22, 2019) – Police have reported that a 17-year-old male has now been charged with sexual abuse for the second time in two months. According to authorities, the teenager has now been arrested for sexual abuse and forcible touching, as police announced the charges on Wednesday, May 22nd.
Police have now stated that a 17-year-old male has been charged with felony sexual abuse for imposing forcible sexual contact upon an acquaintance. The teenage suspect was reported to have also been charged with a similar crime no more than two months ago. At this time, the suspect has been arraigned on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse.
The teenage suspect has been released on bail and is due back in the Town of Chester Court at a later date. No further information has been provided at this time.
