Peru, NY – Motorcycle Accident Leads to Injuries in Plattsburgh Man

Peru, NY (May 18, 2019) – Police were called to the scene of a motorcycle accident that led to injuries in a man from Plattsburgh. The investigation continues.
The accident took place when 21-year-old Shaye Davis, from Plattsburgh, was involved in an accident on his motorcycle on Dashnaw Road.
Police say that Davis was headed south on the time on his 2010 Yamaha motorcycle when he was involved in an accident after making a right-hand turn. This caused his motorcycle to ride forward into a ditch, where he violently crashed.
Davis sustained arm injuries and was taken to the University Vermont Health Network. He is expected to make a full recovery.
