Suffern, NY: Ped Struck and Injured by Vehicle on Lafayette Ave

Suffern, NY (May 8, 2019) – On Tuesday evening, May 7^th, police responded to a pedestrian accident that was reported to have happened in front of the Salvation Army on Lafayette Avenue. The accident took place around 7:00 p.m. and occurred for reasons that have not been determined at this time.

Police stated that an unidentified person was hit by a vehicle along the aforementioned road, resulting in the presence of emergency medical crews at the scene. The injured pedestrian was confirmed to have suffered injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital. The extent of the injuries, however, has not been verified.
