Pulaski, NY – Woman Killed in Oswego County Crash

Pulaski, NY (May 7, 2019) – State Police were summoned to the scene of a fatal crash that took place on County Route 22 and Barber Road on Monday, May 6th. The accident was reported to have resulted in one vehicle and one fatality after the crash which occurred at approximately 8:49 p.m.
According to police, 32-year-old Jacklyn R. Muolo, of Altmar, was traveling west on County Route 22 in a 2006 Honda Accord when she likely failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway. The Honda was stated to have continued along the south shoulder of the road before striking a tree and overturning as a result of the impact.
Emergency medical personnel accompanied police at the scene, where Muolo was tragically pronounced dead from her injuries. Investigators are actively working to determine the exact cause of this incident but no further information has been released.
