Irondequoit, NY: At Least One Injured in Motor Vehicle Accident

Irondequoit, NY (May 6, 2019) – Early on Monday morning, May 6th, police were immediately called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that took place along Sea Breeze Drive. Authorities stated that the collision, which is presently assumed to have involved no more than two vehicles, happened at approximately 5:13 a.m. for reasons that have not yet been verified.
Emergency medical crews were quickly summoned to the crash site in the northbound/southbound lanes of Sea Breeze Drive, between Titus Avenue and Durand Boulevard. Authorities at the scene confirmed that at least one person was hurt in the accident. However, the seriousness of the victims’ injuries has not been released at this time.
Police have not reported on the exact number of people involved in the collision, as no further details have been provided. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
