Victor, NY (May 3, 2019) – Police have released the identity of the man who was tragically killed by a tractor-trailer that pinned him while at a loading dock outside of a Home Depot. Brian Perry, 65, of Kirkwood, was tragically killed while dropping off a shipment at the Home Depot on Wednesday, May 1st, according to Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies.

Detectives who have been in charge of investigating the fatal workplace accident stated that Perry was believed to be adjusting a rear tire when the trailer of the truck shifted. Perry was subsequently pinned between the tire and the trailer bed during the incident.

Exactly what may have caused the trailer to shift has not been reported at this time but further investigation is likely ongoing. No further details have been provided.
