Watertown, NY (May 1, 2019) – 44-year-old Patrick A. Hill was reported to have been arrested for predatory sexual assault against a child on Tuesday, April 30th. Hill, 44, of 14938 County Route 59, Dexter, was arrested for the aforementioned class A felony, as well as sexual conduct against a child in the first degree, a class B felony.

An investigation, which took a little over a year to complete, was conducted by the Watertown Police Department along with State Police. Officials from those departments carefully went through all the facts surrounding an alleged incident in which a 14-year-old girl was raped by the suspect. However, the sexual abuse against the victim was reported to have started several years earlier, when the girl was only 7 or 8 years old.

Hill was recently arrested and has been remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety building. More information will be released as it becomes available.
