Staten Island, NY: Man Charged After Hit-and-Run at Bradley Ave

Staten Island, NY (April 28, 2019) – Police have arrested a man who was involved in a serious hit-and-run accident at the intersection of Bradley and Purdy Avenues. The accident allegedly took place on Saturday.

Police originally arrived at the scene of the accident on Saturday around 10:30 p.m. They found that 89-year-old Anastasia Diaz was killed in a hit-and-run accident where the driver of a Toyota fled the scene after striking her.

The driver was quickly identified as 74-year-old Johnson Kim. Kim, of West Brighton, has since been charged with three counts of hit-and-run.

The investigation into the accident continues.
