Hudson Falls, NY: Car Accident at Int. of Routes 196 & 43

Hudson Falls, NY (April 28, 2019) – On Saturday, April 27th, around 3:19 p.m., police responded to the scene of a car accident at the intersection of Routes 196 and 43 with injuries. The accident took place in Washington County.
Early reports stated that one person was unconscious at the time of the accident and was trapped inside their vehicle.
Police are not sure what caused the vehicles to collide initially, but they did state that the injuries were so severe in at least one party that they had to be taken to the hospital by medical helicopter.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Department continues their investigation into the accident at this time.
