Grand Island, NY – Man Pleads Guilty to Child Sex Abuse Charges

Grand Island, NY (April 26, 2019) – On Thursday, April 25th, a 26-year-old man pleaded guilty to engaging in a sexual act with a child on multiple occasions. Jacob Beach, 26, was arrested and charged with a class B violent felony for first-degree sexual conduct against a child.
According to authorities, Beach pleaded guilty to one count of the aforementioned charge before Erie County Court Judge Sheila A. DiTillio. According to the District Attorney’s office, Beach admitted that engaged in oral sexual conduct with a child under the age of 11-years-old on several occasions in Grand Island. The incidents of abuse were reported to have taken place between September and December 2017.
The defendant has been remanded without bail and is scheduled to be sentenced on May 28th. He faces a possible maximum of up to 25 years in prison.
