Cheektowaga, NY (April 27, 2019) – Police responded to the scene of a fatal two-car crash that took place this past week and took the life of one woman.
The woman has since been identified as 21-year-old Jacquelyn McClain, of Buffalo, who had been the passenger in a Honda Accord that was driven by a 22-year-old from the same area.
Suddenly, the vehicle that McClain had been a passenger in ran a red light at the intersection of Dingens Street and Rossler Avenue around 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday night.
Police say that their vehicle allegedly collided with a Chevy Equinox that had been driven by a 29-year-old woman. McClain was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced deceased at the scene of the accident.
The accident remains under investigation at this time.
