Irondequoit, NY: Paramedics Dispatched to Scene of Crash

Irondequoit, NY (April 26, 2019) – At least minor injuries were reported to have occurred as the result of a motor vehicle accident that took place at 3:57 p.m. on Friday afternoon, April 26th. The collision, which is presently believed to have involved no more than two vehicles, happened at the intersection of Empire Boulevard and Clifford Avenue, according to police.
Authorities stated that police and paramedics were summoned to the crash site in the eastbound/westbound lanes of Empire Boulevard to assist those involved in the accident. Emergency medical crews were able to verify that at least one person was hurt. However, the seriousness of the victims’ injuries has not been reported at this time.
Police at the scene have not released any information concerning the number of people involved in the collision, as no further details have been made available. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
