Greece, NY: Injuries Reported Following Collision on Highway 390

Greece, NY (April 24, 2019) – On Wednesday morning, April 24th, a serious multi-vehicle collision was reported to have occurred along Highway 390 at Interstate 490. The accident, which resulted in the left two lanes of the highway being blocked, happened around 8:00 a.m. and ended in at least minor injuries.
According to authorities, the collision took place in the southbound lanes of the highway and resulted in stop and go traffic back to Ridgeway Avenue. Emergency medical crews were summoned to the crash site where at least one person was confirmed to have suffered injuries. However, the seriousness of injuries has not been stated at this time.
Police have not yet provided any information concerning the number of people involved in the crash but three or more vehicles were reported to have played a role. At this time, the events that led to this accident are currently under investigation.
