Schenectady, NY (April 11, 2019) – According to police, a man was arrested on Tuesday, April 9th, after being accused of engaging in a criminal sex act with a child. 65-year-old Donald Clough, of McClellan Street, Schenectady, has been charged with felony third-degree criminal sex act, as well as endangering the welfare of a child.
According to city police allegations which have been filed in court, Clough is being charged with engaging in sexual conduct with a child under the age of 17-years-old. The incidents were reported to have occurred between March and April 2018.
Officials stated that Clough was arraigned in Schenectady City Court on Tuesday, and has since been released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was issued for the victim but no further information has been provided at this time.
