Rochester, NY (March 29, 2019) – The Rochester Police Department was notified of a motor vehicle accident with injuries that took place on Stone Road near Dewey Avenue on Friday afternoon, March 29th, according to authorities. Dispatchers sent police and paramedics to the crash site where at least minor injuries were reported to have occurred at approximately 1:05 p.m.
Emergency medical crews were immediately on the scene in both the east and westbound lanes of Stone Road in order to render aid to any injured parties. According to authorities, at least one person was stated to have been hurt in the crash, although there has been no information released concerning the seriousness of injuries.
At this time, police have not mentioned the number of people involved and no details have been provided concerning the events that led to the collision. Authorities are likely conducting a thorough investigation into the cause of the crash.
