Ballston Spa, NY (March 28, 2019) – On Thursday, March 28th, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of a woman who has been accused of sexually abusing two teenage boys. 32-year-old Jessica Kilbara, of Ballston Spa, is now facing charges for having sexual contact with two minors following an investigation into the incident that occurred between January and May 2017.
According to police, Kilbara was arrested for two counts of rape and two counts of criminal sex act after she allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with two 13-year-old boys. Authorities have not released the details of the incident or the identities of the victims since they are minors.
Kilbara has been arraigned in Milton Town Court and was released on her own recognizance. Police stated that she is due back in court at a later date but no further information has been provided.
