Brooklyn, NY (March 24, 2019) – Pedestrian accidents can be a frightening experience for those involved and happen to cause some of the most life-changing injuries to those involved in them.
On the evening of March 19th, police responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident that took place when a vehicle struck the young man.
The man had been crossing 12th Avenue when he was suddenly struck by a vehicle with such force that it knocked him down. The motorist was driving a Ford Expedition at the time and both parties have not yet been identified.
The victim was discovered by emergency services in a partial-conscious state. He was immediately transported to the hospital and is in serious condition at this time.
Police have confirmed that he received head injuries as a result of the crash.
