Pittsford, NY (March 22, 2019) – At least minor injuries were reported to have occurred following a motor vehicle accident that took place on Friday afternoon, March 22nd, according to police. The collision, which is currently believed to have involved no more than two vehicles, was stated to have happened at 4:47 p.m. for reasons that have not been made clear at this time.
According to authorities, law enforcement accompanied paramedics at the scene along Route 490 at exit 26 to evaluate the collision and assist any victims. Emergency medical crews who arrived at the crash site stated that at least one person had been hurt as a result of the impact, although the extent of injuries has not been verified.
Police have been unable to provide any information concerning the number of people involved as no further details have been made available at this time. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
