Geneva, NY (March 17, 2019) – Today, March 17th, a car accident took place that caused a young minor to fall out of a moving SUV. Injuries were reported.
Deputies were called to the scene of the personal injury motor vehicle accident, where they found that a juvenile male had opened the door of an SUV he was riding in while the car was in motion. He then fell out of the vehicle.
33-year-old Ruth Modaffari was operating the vehicle at the time and pulled into a mobile home park on County Road 6 at the time of the incident.
The juvenile had been in a booster seat the time. Police said that the child received injuries and was transported to the Geneva General Hospital. Luckily, he is expected to be okay.
At this time, the investigation into this matter continues.
