First and foremost, we would like to take this time to extend our deepest sympathies to the victim of this accident as we hope for the pedestrian’s full recovery. New York pedestrian accidents happen far too often on our roadways, leading to serious injuries and even fatal results. Pedestrians are extremely vulnerable to serious accidents due to the fact that they lack protection from motor vehicles.
