Rochester, NY (March 7, 2019) – Emergency medical crews and police were promptly dispatched to the scene of a traffic collision that happened on Thursday afternoon, March 7th. Authorities stated that the collision, which is presently assumed to have involved no more than two vehicles, occurred at 2:22 p.m. for unknown reasons.
Dispatchers promptly sent police and emergency medical crews to the crash sit in the eastbound/westbound lanes of Ridgeway Avenue, in the vicinity of West Ridge Road, to assess the damages to assist any victims. At the scene, paramedics were able to confirm that at least one individual suffered injuries, although the severity of their wounds has not been detailed at this time.
Police have not reported on the number of people involved in the collision and the investigation into this incident is ongoing. No further information has been provided.
