Gates, NY (March 7, 2019) – A motor vehicle accident believed to have involved no more than two cars took place at 5:43 p.m. on Wednesday evening, March 6th, according to authorities. Police stated that the collision occurred on Spencerport Road for reasons that are currently being investigated.
Police and emergency medical crews were summoned to the crash site in both the east and westbound lanes of the aforementioned road at Karl Fuchs Drive to evaluate the accident and render aid to any injured parties. According to paramedics at the scene, at least one person was hurt due to the impact of the accident; however, no details have been provided regarding the severity of the injuries.
At this time, police have not confirmed the cause of the collision as the investigation is likely to be ongoing. No further information has been provided.
