Buffalo, NY (February 28, 2019) – A vehicle accident between a school bus and an NFTA Metro bus was reported to have taken place on Thursday morning, February 28. Police stated that the accident happened at the intersection of Court Street and Franklin Street for reasons that have not been determined.
Emergency medical crews and police were immediately sent to the scene of the crash to assess the damages and render aid to any victims. Upon their arrival, paramedics were able to confirm that several injuries had resulted from the accident. However, there has been no information reported concerning the total number of victims at this time.
Currently, authorities have not stated whether or not any parties were transported to a hospital, although all injuries are believed to be minor. Police are actively conducting a detailed investigation into the cause of the collision.
