Ellery, NY (February 24, 2019) – Fatal accidents can cause turmoil for an entire family, especially when these accidents happen so unexpectedly.
The New York State Police arrived at the scene of a fatal car accident involving a motor vehicle and a truck in Ellery. The Sinclairville Fire Department and EMS were called to assist at the scene.
The accident took place last evening, February 23, and allegedly took place when a truck hauling a wood chipper struck the driver’s side door of a Honda Civic that was driving in the area of the intersection of Pickard Road. The driver allegedly passed away at the scene of the accident.
Police continue to investigate the accident at this time.
