On Friday afternoon, February 22, a motorcycle accident took place at the intersection of 47th Street and 12th Avenue and led to injuries to the motorcyclist.
According to police, the motorcyclist was struck by the driver of another vehicle for reasons that are not yet known. They were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and are expected to recover.
The driver had been riding a yellow motorcycle at the time, which was badly damaged and lying over at the scene. Paramedics were called to the scene to assist.
Police continue their investigation into the accident at this time.
