Buffalo, NY (February 12, 2019) – The Buffalo Police Department is actively investigating a hit-and-run incident that left a woman with at least minor injuries on the West Side. The incident took place on Tuesday morning, February 12, at a shopping complex in the vicinity of Boyd Street and Grant Street in the city of Buffalo.
According to authorities, one woman intentionally drove her vehicle into another woman for reasons that have not been determined at this time. The vehicle was reported to have run over the victims’ foot, leaving her with at least minor injuries.
The driver involved struck a nearby building and immediately fled the area following the incident. Police are currently searching for her. The car involved has been described as a purple Honda Accord with the license plate number HWD-7152. Police are currently asking anyone with any information to come forward as part of their investigation into the incident.
