Fairport, NY (January 29, 2019) – Authorities are currently investigating the cause of a motor vehicle accident that took place on Monday evening, January 28, in the town of Fairport. Police were dispatched to the scene of the crash which was reported to have happened at around 5:30 p.m. for reasons that are yet to be determined.
According to police, paramedics were also called to the crash site in both the east and westbound lanes of Wilkinson Road at Pannell Road to render aid to an undisclosed number of victims. Emergency responders were able to verify that at least one person suffered injuries in the incident, however, the extent of those injuries has not been confirmed.
At this time, police have not been able to release any information concerning the events that led to this incident as no further information has been made available.
