Rochester, NY (January 8, 2019) – On Monday evening, January 7, police along with emergency medical crews were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that took place in Rochester and resulted in at least minor injuries. Authorities stated that the collision, which is currently believed to have involved no more than two vehicles, occurred at around 5:48 p.m.
Local law enforcement, as well as paramedics, immediately arrived at the crash site in the northbound/southbound lanes of Remington Street, a little north of Zimbrich Street. Medical crews at the scene were able to verify that at least one person suffered injuries in the accident, although the nature of those wounds has not been confirmed.
At this time, authorities have not stated how many people were involved in this incident, nor have they mentioned a possible cause of the crash. Police are likely to be involved in a thorough investigation.
