Bath, NY (January 6, 2019) – Last night around 7:16 p.m., the Bath Ambulance and NYPD responded to the scene of a car accident that led to injuries in one party.
Police arrived at the scene to find that the driver who sustained injuries was involved in an accident and went down an embankment. A passerby called in the accident.
The vehicle allegedly went down a 30-foot bank following the accident and stopped just before it came to a pond. A helicopter was dispatched to the scene. The patient was brought up the hill and was taken to the hospital with a variety of injuries.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances leading up to the accident.
