Staten Island, NY (January 4, 2019) – On Friday afternoon, January 4, police were dispatched to the intersection of Victory Boulevard and Corson Road for a multi-vehicle accident that left two people injured. The collision was reported to have taken place at around 2:15 p.m. in Tompkinsville.
According to authorities, the crash happened at or near the intersection between an unverified number of vehicles for reasons that are yet to be confirmed. Emergency medical personnel were sent to the scene to render aid to the injured victims along with the fire department.
While there was no mention of exactly how many people were involved in the collision, paramedics were stated to have transported two individuals to Richmond University Medical Center in West Brighton. Both parties were reported to have suffered minor injuries. At this time, an investigation into the events that led to this accident is ongoing.
