Unfortunately, pedestrian accidents in New York often prove to be catastrophically injurious and often even fatal. While it can be terribly difficult for parents or other loved ones, it is important to know that you may have rights following an injury to a child, particularly one that has been caused by the blatant negligence of another person.
At Hach & Rose, we understand that there is hardly anything more challenging than dealing with the sudden injury of a child, especially when the party who caused the accident exhibited such extreme recklessness on their behalf. If you or a loved one has been hurt in a New York pedestrian accident, please don’t hesitate to call us at 212-779-0057 today.
