Brighton, NY (November 25, 2018) – Police responded to a motor vehicle accident that took place on Friday morning, November 23, that was believed to have involved no more than two vehicles. The accident was stated to have taken place at around 11:35 a.m. on South Clinton Avenue in Brighton, according to authorities who arrived on the scene.
The injurious collision happened in both the northbound and southbound lanes of South Clinton Avenue at Westfall Road for reasons that have not yet been determined. Dispatchers sent local police, as well as emergency medical personnel, to the scene to evaluate the damages and render aid to anyone who may have suffered any injuries as a result of the impact.
Paramedics at the scene were able to verify that at least one person sustained unknown injuries during the wreck. The conditions of that victim and anyone else who was involved in the crash has not been stated at this time.
Police are likely to be conducting a thorough investigation into this incident.
