Plattsburgh, NY (November 24, 2018) – A man from Greenfield Center suffered a serious leg injury after he was struck by a vehicle on Plaza Boulevard in a pedestrian accident.
At the time of the accident, Lloyd Gibbs was walking eastbound around 9:25 p.m. when he walked out in front of a northbound Kia driven by 28-year-old Chad Provost. Gibbs wasn’t in a crosswalk at the time.
Gibbs was immediately taken by ambulance to the hospital for treatment of his injuries. Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident at this time.
