Greece, NY (November 19, 2018) – On Monday evening, November 19, police were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle collision believed to have involved no more than two vehicles on Dewey Avenue. The crash was reported to have taken place at approximately 6:13 p.m. in the town of Greece.
According to authorities, the crash which resulted in at least one injured party occurred in the northbound and southbound lanes of the aforementioned avenue at Stone Road. Dispatchers sent police along with emergency medical personnel to the scene of the crash to render aid to any victims as well as evaluate the resulting damages.
Paramedics promptly arrived at the crash site and were able to confirm injuries at the scene, although it is currently unclear as to whether or not anyone was hospitalized. The number of parties involved in the accident is unknown at this time as no further details have been made available.
Police are likely to be investigating the events that led to this incident.
