Penfield, NY (November 14, 2018) – Police were dispatched to the scene of a crash that was reported to have taken place on Wednesday afternoon, November 14, in Penfield. The crash which happened at around 1:22 p.m. is believed to have occurred between two vehicles and resulted in the injuries of at least one person.
According to authorities who arrived on the scene along with emergency medical personnel, the accident took place in both the north and southbound lanes of Fairport Nine Mile Point Road at Sweets Corners Road. Paramedics at the scene verified injuries, although the nature of any wounds has not been confirmed.
It is unknown as to how many people were involved in this accident and whether or not any of them required hospitalization for treatment. No information has been made available in regards to the cause of the collision.
