Fairport, NY (November 13, 2018) – Police in Fairport reported a motor vehicle collision that is believed to have involved at least two vehicles on Tuesday, November 13. The crash which has been stated to have resulted in at least one injured party took place at approximately 2:21 p.m. on Macedon Center Road.
According to authorities, the injurious crash was reported to have happened in the eastbound and westbound lanes of the aforementioned road at Alpine Knoll. Local dispatchers sent police along with emergency medical professionals to the crash site in an effort to provide care for any injured parties, as well as to assess the damages.
Paramedics at the scene were ultimately able to verify that injuries had occurred due to the impact of the collision, however, there has been no mention as to the extent of those injuries. The number of parties involved has not been released at this time, and no further details have been provided regarding the cause of the crash.
Police are likely to be involved in a thorough investigation into the events that transpired and resulted in this incident.
