Penfield, NY (November 9, 2018) – According to authorities, a motor vehicle accident took place on Friday evening, November 9, that resulted in at least one injured victim. Police stated that crash happened at around 5:07 p.m. in Penfield, and is believed to have involved no more than two vehicles.
Penfield police were immediately called to the scene of the crash that was said to have occurred in both the eastbound and westbound lanes of Atlantic Avenue at Millford Crossing. Paramedics accompanied police to the crash site in an effort to render aid to any injured victims.
Emergency medical crews were able to verify that injuries were suffered, although there was no word as to whether or not anyone had to be taken to the hospital for treatment. Authorities have not reported the exact number of people involved in the crash or the extent of the injuries sustained.
Police are likely to be conducting a thorough investigation at this time.
