Cobleskill, NY (November 9, 2018) – On Friday night, November 9, at around 10:00 p.m., an accident was reported to have occurred in which a motor vehicle struck and injured an unidentified person. The accident took place on East Main Street, according to authorities who were called to the scene.
Dispatchers sent police along with paramedics to the site of the accident on East Main Street immediately after it was reported. Police arrived in order to assess the damages and evaluate the scene, while emergency medical crews rendered aid to the victim.
The injured party was reported to have been promptly transported to Cobleskill Regional Hospital. At this time, the condition of the victim is unknown. A section of East Main Street in the area had to be closed down for an unspecified duration of time as police began their preliminary investigation.
