Endicott, NY (November 5, 2018) – Police are currently investigating the events that led to a pedestrian accident that resulted in the serious injuries of one individual. The injurious collision was reported to have taken place on Friday, November 2, on Glendale Drive in the vicinity of Campville Road at some time around 7:00 p.m.
Authorities were immediately called to the scene as well as paramedics in order to assist the injured victim and evaluate the area. One individual was promptly transported to a local hospital to be treated for injuries, although the extent of those injuries has not been verified at this time.
The driver who struck the victim is believed to have remained at the scene and fully cooperated with authorities following the incident. The site of the incident was reported to have been cleared by 7:30 p.m.
No more information has been made available at this time as police are likely to be involved in a thorough investigation.
