Police received a call about an accident that happened last night, October 27, involving two vehicles. The two-vehicle crash in Patchogue caused injuries.
When police arrived, they found that Erik Pedersen’s pickup truck was struck by a Volvo on Waverly Avenue in the area of Gateway Boulevard. Pedersen was immediately transported to the hospital in serious condition with a head injury.
The driver and passenger in the other vehicle both suffered minor injuries and were also hospitalized as a result.
