Greece, NY (October 26, 2018) – Officials have reported a motor vehicle collision that took place at or near the off-ramp of Highway 390 at West Ridge Road early Friday evening, October 26. The traffic accident that is believed to have involved no more than two vehicles was reported to have occurred at around 5:32 p.m. in Greece.
Police stated that the crash happened in the northbound lanes at the off-ramp of the highway. Paramedics who arrived on the scene along with police were able to confirm that at least one person had suffered injuries due to the impact of the collision.
Although injuries have been verified, authorities have not stated the severity of the wounds that were sustained or whether or not any victims have been hospitalized as a result of the crash. The number of people involved in the accident has also not been verified at this time.
There have been no further details provided in regards to the cause of the crash or any of those involved as this is a developing story.
Police are likely pursuing an investigation into the events that led to this accident.
