According to an article of New York CBS local, scaffolding fell to the ground last Tuesday, August 16 at around 8:24 p.m. The accident occurred at a construction site located at 581 Clinton Street in Carroll Gardens in Brooklyn.
According to the New York Fire Department, the scaffolding collapsed outside of a structure that was undergoing construction. They have yet to say if the weather caused the collapse or if other factors played into the occurrence of the incident. The Department of Buildings has not yet given a statement about the incident and injuries have not been reported as of the time of posting.
