Gregory Hach
Greg Hach is well- known for representing members of organized labor unions in mass tort actions including prescription drug liability, personal injury actions, and asbestos litigation. He is responsible for developing LOHRSOFT, or Labor Organization Healthcare Reimbursement Software. LOHRSOFT revolutionizes the way union health plan and third-party payers service their members and recover funds from responsible third-parties. This program is actively used in the marketplace today. Through his efforts, Mr. Hach has obtained millions of dollars for union families nationwide. He is a proud member of the International Union of Operating Engineers, the New York Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Washington, D.C. Bar Association. Outside the office, Mr. Hach is an enthusiastic private pilot and aircraft owner. He is a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association and regularly flies to visit his clients in outlying areas. Mr. Hach is admitted to practice in New York,

Michael A. Rose, Partner
Michael Rose has spent his entire career representing accident victims. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and settled many claims resulting in tens of millions of dollars in recovery for clients. Many of these cases have resulted in seven figure jury verdicts and settlements. During a recent six month time span, Mr. Rose tried three cases which each independently resulted in seven figure jury verdicts. He is a frequent lecturer to members of the Bar Association, covering topics such as construction site accidents, vocational rehabilitation, and expert witness examinations. Mr. Rose is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Additionally, he is a member of the New York State Bar Association, The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where he is a member of the Tort Litigation Committee, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of the Trial Law Lawyers of America. Scott Brian Schwartz, Esq.
Mr. Schwartz is dedicated to representing clients injured through negligent acts of others. He has authored briefs and argued winning appeals before Appellate Divisions of the State of New York. Mr. Schwartz has extensive experience in medical malpractice having worked at one of New York’s finest malpractice firms prior to joining Hach & Rose. Also prior to joining Hach & Rose, LLP, he operated his own firm, The Law Office of Scott B. Schwartz, PLLC. He is committed to advancing the interests of the firm's clients in a professional and dignified manner. Mr. Schwartz is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Philip Abate, Esq.
While at Brooklyn Law School, Philip Abate received awards for excellence in the field of trial advocacy. Upon graduating, he honed his legal skills at one of New York City’s finest defense firms where he amassed a perfect trial record and gained valuable experience and insight into the preparation and defense of personal injury lawsuits. Mr. Abate joined Hach & Rose as an associate in 2004 and has become an important member of our team. He has developed an expertise in representing delivery and taxi drivers throughout New York. As an attorney at Hach & Rose, Mr. Abate believes that clients deserve the highest level of legal expertise available and he strives to provide it. Mr. Abate handles all matters of personal injury litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, trials and appeals.
Maya Saxena, counsel to Hach & Rose, L.L.P.
Maya Saxena is a founding partner of the law firm Saxena White. Ms. Saxena regularly represents institutional investors in shareholder actions involving breaches of fiduciary duty and violations of the federal securities laws. Ms. Saxena is a frequent speaker at educational forums involving public pension funds and advises public and multi-employer pension funds on their options for addressing fraud-related losses to their pension portfolios. She currently serves as Chair of the Asset Forfeiture committee of the Badge of Honor Memorial Fund, seeking to recover forfeited funds for the benefit of families of law enforcement officers slain in the line of duty.
Victor Fusco, counsel to Hach & Rose, L.L.P.
Mr. Fusco provides invaluable experience in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability law which he has practiced since 1976. He is a past president of the New York Social Security Bar Association and a past president of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. Victor is active in many professional, labor, and charitable organizations. He is a frequent speaker on topics relating to his practice. He also hosts a weekly radio show entitled “Labor Lines”.
Richard Brandenstein, counsel to Hach & Rose, L.L.P.
Mr. Brandenstein provides experience in the area of Workers’ Compensation rights and benefits. Mr. Brandenstein has litigated thousands of Workers’ Compensation cases over the last 20 years. He is the past president of the Islip Town Lawyers Association and is a member of the Injured Workers’ Bar Association, where he is on the Steering Committee.
Mitchell Troyetsky, Esq.
Mr. Troyetsky serves as counsel on all general litigation issues, including, wills, trusts, estates, family law, divorces and commercial litigation. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Troyetsky is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Southern District of New York.
