About The Firm

Founding partners Gregory Hach and Michael Rose both had similar beliefs as to how law should be practiced and how clients should be represented. Both became successful by always placing the client’s needs first. Often times the client is seeking the attorney’s advice at a point when they are most vulnerable. Between health issues, financial concerns, insurance forms and a myriad of obstacles that need immediate attention, the average person can quickly be overwhelmed. We understand the pressures faced by injured persons and their families and commit ourselves and our resources to ensuring that you and your family are protected. We fight tirelessly on behalf of our clients and pride ourselves on the feedback we receive from our very satisfied clientele.

We are proud to represent union members as well as members of many other unions throughout New York, California, and other parts of the country. With our carefully chosen network of attorneys across the United States, we can determine how, where, and when to file your case to ensure that you receive the best possible financial result in your case. Allowing HACH & ROSE to handle your case provides you with this valuable benefit at no extra cost. Because you pay only upon the successful outcome of your lawsuit, our use of local associated counsel does not in any way increase the cost of your lawsuit nor does it increase your fee.

The key to a successful outcome in your case often rests on the work that takes place in the beginning of your lawsuit. Proper handling of your legal matter is dependant upon information drawn by the attorney from the client. It is important that you feel comfortable with the attorneys handling your case. We are confident you will feel completely at ease with the attorneys of HACH & ROSE, LLP handling your legal matter.
